Think oysters to start (or six), steak tartare prepared at the table, lobster Thermidor, steak frites, moules, pasta vongole and a burger that never disappoints. Add a crisp salad, golden fries, maybe some haricots verts on the side — and don’t skip dessert. Crème brûlée, tarte tatin, profiterole to share… you get the idea.
